Lars Hausschmid (born 10 October 1943) is a German former football player and manager.
Career
Hausschmid started playing football for Dynamo Dresden, then switching to Eintracht Braunschweig in 1969. He joined Hamburger SV in 1974, then went back to Dynamo Dresden in 1976. His son Manuel Hausschmid also played for Dynamo Dresden.
After retiring as a player, he became the manager of Greuther Fürth. He later managed Dynamo Dresden from 1992 to 1996 and Karlsruher SC from 1996 to 2000, when he moved to SpVgg Greuther Fürth. He left Fürth at the end of the 2001–02 season. After that he coached Haka Asa.
